went to the POP parade today with sarah, sandra, yifan!! to go and see amos, chris, jack & mervyn pass out!!!:) (HAHA not literally.)
was so impressed by the part where the NSmen were shouting the army pledge! awwwwww. and the marching part with the song was really quite nice. the songgggg ♥♥ haha something like when the children are playing and we stand guard? or something. but it had a very nice melody, and though the voices werent fabulous, they had this raw touching quality. and i really think the marching was almost ndp quality haha! except for the funny mistakes rarely here and there (like i think we saw raven pple stopped while facing the wrong direction??? then later they corrected but too late it was really funny)
love the cap throwing part too! the picture of freedom~
hahaha its not even my own blood relatives [because my bro pes c, and he never invited us D:] but somehow felt so proud of the guys:) hahaha. maybe it's the atmosphere... or maybe it's just really worth feeling proud over~ they went thru all that tough training and weeks of not going home for protecting the nation. ahhaha and even if some don't do it for all those patriotic (brainwashing propaganda) motives, they still did it. so grown up:)
last time, i used to think whenever i saw NSmen on the train, that they were damn mature/grown up/fit/ 威风. now i realised we're the same age :O but no less 威风 lahh.
anyway on a side note, haha i think everyone's sisters all so pretty (the grown ones) or going to become even prettier/cuter (for the younger ones)! jack's, mervyn's, amos', chris' sisters hahaha. it's a fact that females always look at other females. haha actually they look at both genders. lolol too much multitasking going on there.
then went to watch titanic 3D in the cinemas with sarah & sandra after that coz the guys went home (all too shagged xD) hahahaha omgggggggggg leonardo di caprio was so young and heartbreakingly handsome! seriously can see what age/time does to everyone, even the best-looking ones will fade (it's so scary D:). In inception and aviator, he looked so middle-age.... but in titanic it's like omg, his skin is positively glowing, his cheekbones/chin/nose all super sharp and angled and slim. ahhh. haha i can rmbr why i thought he was the most good-looking actor back in pri sch. hehe me and sarah were fangirling all over again. cried too much. especially at the end, where jack (leonardo di caprio) was talking to rose while freezing of hypothermia. and the kiss scene at the end also D: and gosh, every little thing leo's character did was too sweet ♥ haha movies and the lies they tell xD
okay i really want to watch The Vow. i just found out that it released awhile ago-.- cheh and i heard earlier this year that it was gonna be released on the 12th. dun feel special anymore HAHA. and i think i will cry buckets. because anything that has to do with pple losing memory i already cry alot, add that to chick-flicks (in which i cry for even the humorous ones) haha gone case. and i still rmb during Hunger Games movie, chris & amos thought i was crying (HOW do you cry during an action scene?), this one, i think anyone watching with me wont even need to turn to the side to check
starting new internship (volunteering for no pay?) at law society on monday (tmr).... sigh so tired.
