omg. arms & back muscles aching like crazyyy. pure physical torture again in the form of archery camp from 9am to 4pm today! in the hot sun... and thus my face is superrr sunburnt D: and i think my tanlines got worse OMG.
hahaha. but archery is DAMNNN FUN always after training xD today we totally went on a high after the physical torture! all the sick jokes, puns and random spastic moments!!
we sat on the floor and spasticked until our movie started! went into the cinema FREEZING COLD, all our legs were still coated in mud -.-'' HAHA stupid field that we were squishing around in all day! Yay me, hwang, jordan, russell, lionel, xinyong, roy all dumped our bowcases at the back of the cinema... it was quite empty so we were doubting the show and how good apparently it was acclaimed to be... but OMG. haha we watched Confessions! This jap movie. OMGGGG DAMN GOOD. It's like superrrr disturbing (in the murder thriller/ exposing the darker side of humanity kind of show) but the plot is so darn good!! we were all like marvelling at each turn of the story. and awesome evil plot one after another. haha. tried to retell it to my bro but really too much plot nuances and cool twists to explain properly!
hahaha love archers, we are damnnnn freaking retarded and random! lessons learnt today:
1. jordan and russell are annoying in the theatres before the movie starts. they make weird spastic comments at the trailers and adverts and laugh maniacally till the entire cinema was like SHHHH. HAHA lionel & me were like edging away down the row (we dont know them)
2. be careful of seemingly innocuous words! they can be BENT.

archery camp today from 9am to 5pm! so tiredddd. shot so many arrows! plus had to shoot abit in the rain too halfway! :X not good esp when you are already sick with a cold and cough.
went to boonlay straight after dumping bowcases at DJ's house (hahaha so useful to live near tampines lor!) and then had countdown meeting (WHAT'S NEW xP)...
sian had a damn bad headache and cold on the way home... seriously the clubhouse has problems. every single time the aircon is freakingggg cold!
oh oh. shaun (chang) dyed his hair! i likeeee the colour! zomg i want to dye my hair too! but for one month quite sad right...

but it's okay. i am currently on a after-effect panadol high! xD and ive been tagging Dubai pics like crazayeeee on FB for the past halfhr! LOL im damn efficient lah! plus everybody appreciates the one who does useless saikang! continuation from yesterday's post!
okay DAY 3:
We drove to Abu Dhabi today (the capital of the UAE, but also the less famous cousin to dubai)... went to Masdar Institute, that's in partnership with MIT, some research post-graduate education institute on sustainability science. They want to create a city that has 0% carbon emissions... like woa. hahaha. so the first stage is their institute, which is rather cool, like their library has no aircon but somehow manages to keep cool... they have this transport system called the PRT (that is "a highly accessible, user-responsive, environmental friendly transport system") hahaha. damn cool. and we realised that all middle eastern women are damn GOODLOOKING. zzz, especially the women! they have such sharp noses, sharp bright and big eyes... ahhh like barbie dolls lah seriously. hahaha. tho someone was joking that they can focus on looking gd with their faces, because their figures can be hidden behind their big black billowy robes. hahaha.
Afternoon was awesome. We got to have BUFFET LUNCH at the Emirates Palace Hotel (which is the most expensive hotel in not only abu dhabi, but the UAE which consists of 7 emirates? OMG.) The buffet lunch is like USD$150 per person! ZOMG. hahaha BUT (there always is a "but") they only gave us 1hr to EAT -.- because we had to rush off to the next place... sighz. and during that puny little space of 1 hr, we were supposed to entertain our guest (the MFA First Secretary from the Singapore Embassy- Mr Hiskandar) and learn stuff from him through a dialogue, plus eat our money's worth... HAHA. Multitasking (Y)!
Then we went to the Falcon Hospital! OMG so cool. got to take pictures while holding a falcon perched on our arms! :D ahhhh. they are DAMN CUTE. (me want one) ahaha. though the falcon kept flapping me on the head with its wings when i held it! maybe coz it kept wobbling on my arm. HAHA. oops. xD and we got to see them put the falcon under anaesthesia before helping to clip and file their talons and beak. hehe we were all poking the falcon when it fell asleep xD SO CUTE. and the feathers are prettaye. haha can't believe some emiratis pay up to USD$200,000 for a white falcon. so that they can do falconry as a sport. but its quite a cool sport!
Later we came back to dubai and went to GLOBAL VILLAGE. which is a little bit like the world expo in shanghai. there's like a section for each country around the world there... there's egypt, africa, turkey, blah blah blah. each decorated in their own style! alottttt of shops! haha. bought more stuffs for frens there! too bad didnt get to go to see the egypt one coz we ran out of time! haha on the bus was epic, everyone was comparing purchases and sharing bargaining stories! LOL.
DAY 4:
Had dialogue sessions the WHOLE DAY. Went to a presentation at the Gulf Research Center. OMG. i feel bad, but i kept zoning out thruout the entire thing, where over 3 researchers came to talk to us separately, (one for economy, one for the environment and one for security)... couldnt help it. i was really paying attention, but one guy's accent was really too much to handle. couldnt make out anything he was saying abt the economy. which i think would have been quite interesting. the one i listened to the most was the guy talking about the environment. coz i could actually understand his subject matter (he was talking abt green buildings and other waste management strategies... did research on these before, for geog last time and for PW ugh hahaha but interesting lahhh) though he was SUPER SOFT in volume. haha the last guy talking on security was damn scary please. he had this totally threatening evil look (LOL) his eyes were vry slanted and sharp and scary. ahaha. then he kept poking flaws in all the guys' questions (i.e. i think ashraf was trying to ask abt the ArabIsraeli conflict or something) and finding loopholes and grilling us back. haha. at the end, they asked him what country he was from and he was like from Iraq. aha.
Later had another session/presentation with a senior vice president of Emirates Airlines (Mr Richard Jewsbury) and a singaporean who worked with SIA but now is working in Emirates! He was our tour guide's (who is an ex RJ girl) batchmate in the same level in RJ... also S03 classes.
At night was the besttttt. we went on a river cruise on a Dhow (which is the name for the boat) and there was a buffet dinner spread to go along with it. Superrrr nice =) staring out at the river and night lights and mosques and the landscape and talking =) haha got a bit sea sick so i dragged natalie to go up with me to the second deck to stare out into the river :D
DAY 5:
We went to Rashidiya Mosque and had a talk with this western lady who converted to Islam. Had me thinking... it's so cool that people can believe so strongly and utterly in something, to let it guide their life, to have such strong faith. haha am super impressed. not just this religion (though she did talk and speak abt it with such devotion and conviction). but people in general. like when our roomies happen to be talking abt stuff, and they tell me abt their decisions and goings-on in life. and how their religion (in their case, being christian) and their beliefs led them to make certain life decisions. im like wow. for eg. i think amanda's philosophy in life is super honourable. haha. i told her so. but anw xD
Later had a tour of Dubai Drydocks. The dubai equivalent of Singapore's keppel shipyards. LOL. Dubai really modeled itself on Singapore's devt model. Except they are like "Singapore on steroids"... the growth is like ten times faster. haha. I cant remember which politician said that quote. and they DID say they wanted to be the Singapore of the Middle East. haha. learnt that in Dubai, they really look up to Singaporeans... they think all the talents from our country are super efficient and capable, and they think all the tourists from our country are rich also. aha.
Went to Dubai Men's College in the afternoon for a tour and sorta exchange and sharing. OMG their college is super rich. (it's a college for Emiratis... the LOCALS. who are all the super uber rich kids who probably dun have to work next time and attend college for the fun of it or something) The council president has a giant office to himself, furnished luxuriously PLEASE. haha and each committee within their student council also have entire nicely furnished discussion function rooms and everything for themselves. HAHA. chander went to pose on the council president's chair and pretended to take notes lol! OMG and they also have this giant (like the size of our amphi) place with cushions and everything and a large screen projector to watch football and movies. -.-'' ahahaha. elizabeth was damn funny!! she was like emirati-crazy LOL. she wanted to take photos with ea of them and everything. xD hahaha. ehhhh. i think they looked too old for their age. and facial hair is so not nice. ahaha.
At night we went to Dubai Mall!!!! The largest mall in the world. HAHAHA zomg. and it also has the largest indoor aquarium and the largest indoor ski slope in the world. zzzz though we only had 2 hrs to walk around plus eat dinner? so not enough especially for the largest mall in the world! grarhhh. but the musical fountain was really pretty.
DAY 6:
Had a presentation by NAKHEEL. The developer for the large land reclamation projects off dubai coast! They made The Palm, The World and others. hahaha omgg. after the presentation we all wanted to live there alr. Like The World is so exclusive that you can only get to your island (after spending millions and millions buying the piece of empty land, more millions building your own private villa) by means of your own private yacht. OMG. hahaha dubai is seriously a land of excess. like they are planning on making this extra land reclamation project in the shape of a scorpion's tail and they want to fill it with amusement parks and water theme parks etc. I MEAN, come on, how many theme parks can u have? and how many tourists will go and not get sick of them after a while? Plus the entire Palm is filled with villas and stuff and they are building 3 whole Palms. woa. talk abt excess.
And this impression we had, was further cemented when we went to the Dubailand HQ. DubaiLand was (note the "was") this super AMBITIOUS ttm project that aimed to make a super large entertainment area that is (get this) bigger than the size of Singapore. Yea. omg. They wanted to fill it with theme parks, hotels, amusement parks, blah from water themed ones, to ones filled with miniature wonders of the world, to space themed ones etc. The model (you know the show flat kind of model) was super impressive and i bet if we stared at the model(which is as big as 3times the stage size of the LT) all day long we wouldnt be able to catch all the details. haha. because of the recession, they halted the progress indefinitely for a while. but omgggg. we were all wondering if they would have enough pple... because so far from all that we saw, dubai seemed more empty than crowded and bursting with people...
The evening was the best!!!!!!! We went to the Desert!!!!!!!!!! ahhhh i really think they planned the itenerary superrr well! all the awesome unique experiences packed into a trip =) we took a four-wheel drive with 6ppl and went upppp and down the dunes! (called dune-bashing). SUPER FUNN!!! ahahha our car was superrrr high... we had 6 bimbos who screamed and laughed and screamed our heads off somemore. Amanda, YanLin, Elizabeth, Florence, Xiaoting, me. HAHA. it was really like a roller coaster ride! your heart can jump up into your throat! our driver was damn epic too! Eric from the Philippines. ahaha. he played music loud and laughed along with us and partayed! ahaha. along the way the entire grp stopped to take pictures along the dunes. SUPER NICEEEEE. the sunset and sky was awesome. and the sand was superrrrr fun to run up and down! so fine and soft! hahaha. and if you're not careful, if you open your mouth when the wind is blowing, you find yourself with a mouth of sand. LOL!! xD but sand is sooo fun to sink into and play in!
Then we reached the camp in the middle of the desert at night! there was a buffet spread of middle eastern food to eat while sitting in their tents with pillows and carpets and everything! then they had some belly dancing performance lol!! they are damn bad, kept saying the woman was fattt. D: i think she was cool! plus though she did have a bit of fat, damnnnnn she sure did have alot of muscles under all that i bet! oh later, they asked for volunteers to go up and dance so we sent amanda (hahaha duhhhh modern dance vice capt!! we were asking her to put the woman to shame... XD hahaha but she didnt dance xP) and zaki up there. haha there was some other angmoh lady who went up... she had so much fun up there by herself dancing. and she was TONE and muscled and slim and omggg. dancing is so cool. haha or at least, her dancing was!
okay, actually we could have got the chance to ride camels but the queue was so long and there were limited camels D: so a few of us didnt get to ride in the end D: RAWR. sigh. hahaha at least we got free henna painting :D the woman was soooo good and she drew it damn fast! haha yay! have one on my right hand and one on my right leg :D hope it doesn't come off! me likeeee. it's like a cheaper none-painful version of a tattoo. HAHA. i think i had this convo with buddy before! hehe buddy thinks tattoos are no good xP. but they are so cool! except for the permanence and the pain. haha too bad henna isnt like black. it's brown! hahaha in the desert we realised how lame and retarded nick khaw is! HAHA. superrrr. omg. damn retarded lah. and though we all thought he was super weird, its okay. coz it turns out, his weird comments and oneliners are freaking epic hahha. lol he was saying his scorpion henna thingy was a key to the next universe or something LOL. we were like whuttt?
oh later they switched off all the camp's lights. and we could all see the starsssssssssss. OMG. so prettyyyyy. there were SO MANY in the dark night sky. ahhh. laid down on our backs to see them xD.
Day 7 was nothing much. we had a dialogue session with STB and IE Singapore! Then it was SHOPPING TIME at the Mall of the Emirates! Haha previously the largest mall in the world!! YAY. spent the rest of my money on clothes :D hahaha. but i spent a much larger proportion on souvenirs for peeps. haha. yay spreeeee. used up all my dirhams :D
Day 8: Departure for Singapore! Watched Letters to Juliet on the plane!! so sweet! xD and also Ninja Assassin! omg i want to learn how to use a kusari-gama. SO FRIGGIN COOL.
okay end of long post. whew. hope i rmber my dubai trip better now. cant wait for FB pics! haha bimb, camwhore roomies! alot of shots in amanda's camera i think.. yay! but she's going italy soooo guess i wont be seeing the pics for awhile! xP

haha okay i promised myself i would post about dubai trip so i wouldn't forget anything! (it's so easy for memories to blur tgt in a big palette of colours when you don't reflect back on them or think thru them again.... no matter how epic or memorable it is!)
i think the post is gonna be SUPER LONG... OMG. but nevermind, for my memory's sake i shall do it!

DAY 1:
The flight was 7 hours long, but dubai is 4hours behind singapore... so we arrived in Dubai at 4 am in the morning? even though we left Singapore at 1am. Hahaha, so as a result, the day seemed superrrr long. like a day with much more than 24 hrs (like 28 hrs?). It felt like we'd been here for days after a while, but it was like only afternoon or something! haha.
First, went to the Burj Khalifah (direct translation: Tower of the Ruler) to take pictureeeessss. It's the tallest building in the world. Superrrrr scenic! ahhh =) We were total camwhores today. xD Seriously, everywhere. hahaha took pictures not only at the REALLY PRETTY scenic spots (such as in front of the Burj Khalifah where the water body reflected the entire tower below it with the morning sun gleaming) and in toilets, while walking, in the bus. HAHA. roomies yayyyy! hahaha amanda (amanda low) and florence! =)
went to the beachhhhhhh too! Specifically the spot of beach with the Sail-like iconic building of the Middle East in the background. It's called the Burj Al Arab (Tower of the Arabs) and it's the only (self-proclaimed) 7-star hotel in the world. hahaha. Superb camwhoring and jump shot taking place!!! The white sand ( omg never knew sand could actually feel freezing cold... at least the sand that wasnt in the sun), the clear light blue water, the totally cloudless sky and of course the iconic building in the bg! haha OH and we even camwhored with some shiny metal sheet on the side of the road... hahaha wuliao!
Later we had a "Mall Rat Race" in Ibn Battuta Mall (named after the famous M.Eastern explorer)... it had themes from ea continent thruout the gigantic mall. seriously, the middle east is filled with "the largest", "the grandest", "the tallest" etc! haha it was a sort of Amazing race like activity. Ran around asking Emiratis (the locals), as well as expats from everywhere (seriously everywhere, like Syria, Lebanon, Philippines, India, America etc etc) to do random tasks for us, such as write the date in arabic, or participate in a video being interviewed abt why they came to Dubai and for what etc. We even had time for a little shopping! heh bought a bag =)
Hmm later we explored down-town dubai, and observed the obvious disparity... Everyone thinks that in dubai, everyone is rich and wealthy and everything. But we got to see the "behind-the-scenes" of all the glitz and glamour of dubai-- the freaking pretty, ideal, picturesque landscape, all the palm trees that add to the beach resort aura, the clear skies, imaginative buildings, the futuristic metro stations, the first/largest/grandest/biggest everything. The down-town area for low-income workers (mostly foreign workers that helped build up dubai at its astonishing rate-- there is a LARGE indian and pakistani community there) and it was really old, rundown, dirty and sorta like some parts of underdeveloped dusty malaysia. LOL though they do have aircon busstops (though they are one for females and one for males! haha like toilets)
Later visited Bastakiah Quarter, one of the reallyyyyyyy few conserved places in Dubai. Where it's actually still olden architecture xD. everything else in dubai gets torn down every once in a while to build something new. like some mall that wasn't very successful and got torn down within 3 years of building it and spending 30 million or something? haha I LOVE the super pretty olden place, the tops of the buildings look just like boxes and squares whose edges just lead on into the endless night sky behind! ahh =)
DAY 2:
Breakfast in the hotel is awesome (we're staying at 4points at Sheraton btw.. a four star hotel.. the room is really quite nice!!) Ignoring the stereotypical western fried food, the fresh fruits when mixed with a combi of sweet fruit puree muesli and yoghurt and cottage cheese is AWESOME. Am eating this for the rest of the days' breakfasts idc!
Today was the day of the full day walking tour with no coach/tour bus. Went to a supermarket that seemed like a flashback of S'pore's past. Found in downtown dubai... haha obvious disparity once again. Went to the souks (markets/bazaars) after that! AWESOME SHOPPING TIME! Bought scarves, sand art bottles, skirt, blah xD Ashraf and Zaki bought the arabic male headgear (the gutra- that looks like a red and white checked cloth) together with the black cord/rope that goes around it! HAHA epic lah when they wore it later on! 2 look like arabs! and add to that, sunglasses and poser positions! LOL And damn funny that some shopkeepers kept saying Anyon or Irashaimase to us!
Later walked down the Dubai Creek next to the Sheikh's palace, loads of camwhoring! Ms Gan is damn cute! she crashes and photobombs like nobody's business! Next we took the water taxi, this wooden boat that fetched us across the river for the price of just ONE DIRHAM (SGD 0.40 is approximately 1 Dhs) so yea, that's like 40 cents for a boat ride... wonder how they earn money! but it's a traditional thing that they conserved so as to make sure that pple still have a little livelihood.
We then visited the spice and gold souks! Soooooo many spices! Flo was ecstatic over vanilla pods lol! And we all bought LOADS of ChocoDates. This super awesome classic must-have dubai sweet. it's like chocolate coated over the dates (that M.E. is famous for) and at the center there's an almond. mmm so good =) Got a picture frame that has sands from each of the Emirates in the UAE. Damnnn cool. because it's like transparent glass layers and in each one there's a diff coloured sand that can all move tgt to form various sand dunes separately! Then we went to the Sheikh's other house... haha such a visionary leader, he put in his own money to dredge the creek or something, so now it's this bustling port like area! Learnt about pearl diving too!
Dinner at the Diving& Heritage Villages was nice! We had our first middle eastern meal! First was appetisers... which was a giant plate of fresh vegetables and bread (flat bread) fresh from the olden oven but it's AWESOME to dip with hummus dip (some chickpea bean paste dip). and then the main course was a giant plate of more bread, roasted lamb, roasted beef, roasted chicken... mmm xD kebabs. And then we had fruits with some ginger tinge for desert!

Hmmm, i think i'll post on the other days tmr! (this is as far as ive written in my book during the trip! the rest shall be remembered tmr!) Super tired now, went thru my hundred over emails today! ahahahaha. boonlay boonlay boonlay and the occasional facebook email (which i really love... because they mean that there's less work emails for me to deal with) ahaha. hmmm, dunno whether to feel super damn lucky or suay that the moment i touchdown in singapore i now have a cold, sorethroat and a slight fever. gah. need to get well before archery camp!
but anw i was fine the whole day until night. went for dinner and movie with the Easties (namely Miranda, Syakir, DJ.... but mir's cousin happened to come along too this time) today!! :D RAWR. DJ that BIMBO went to suggest Rapunzel 3d omggggg. And me and syakir stupidly went to buy tickets right.... and it was 70 bucks (for 5 pple) and we only realised AFTER that that it was 14 bucks per person. OMG. -.-'' haha we were contemplating throwing dj off the side of the building. haha. OMG. i cant BELIEVE i spent so much on RAPUNZEL instead of like HP7 which i still havent watched yet!! argh. hahaha but actually, quite nice lah the movie, we laughed like crap and the chameleon in the movie is damn cuteeee! Plus syakir is a pedo! of all the characters he only fawns over the little baby girl in the movie.... hahaha and he prob likes the old man as well!

wasted my day sorta packing, sorta stoning, sorta not doing anything! hahaha. but went for exco meeting later at syakir's house! hahaha so far, we've taken embarassing photos of both waichoong's bedroom and syakir's bedroom... HAHA @ wc's BRIGHT PINK bedspread and syakir's room with all the hearts everywhere. ahaha. a disturbing conclusion we've come to is that our exco guys are all BIMBOS, all have so many sisters (with the exception of kenneth, who prob doesnt need any sisters' influence) , plus so so so bitchyyyy xD ahaha. maybe thats yy we all get along so well! haha dinner was nice =) and tho we sometimes digress abit much, hpefully i think we got quite a bit of work done in the end! MIRANDA. OMG STOP TOUCHING MY WOUND. HAHAHA. xD
leaving on thurs night, have to be at the airport by 10pm... ahahaha. hope middle east trip is fun!

our class's self-imposed "extra PE" where we play basketball is funnnn =) me like!
sandra, merv, amos, me VS jack, sarah, chris, joogian. haha i THINK it was pretty equal? hehe towards the end i was like just stoning at the ball as it flew to and fro. stamina sucks!
even though every single time i play, i end up accidentally scraping some part of my leg on the court floor, courtesy of scrabbling for the ball! lol. my knees are poor things that are taken for granted ea day. and antiseptic cream hurts like hell!!!
haha today i learnt that falling onto your back can cause you to get a brain freeze-pain feeling in your head! hmmmm.. dk how that happened tho! fun lahhh at first, jumping after the ball... and then getting shouldered/slammed in mid air... equals to me rolling on the ground HAHA.
one day we should all go to the beach and play ball/frisbee in the sand xD i rmber doing that with OG earlier this year... so fun! tho it was more like ziheng & shiya owning everyone else or ea other, cant rmber! xD oh man, havent met og in a long time for outings...
the latest book i borrowed is kinda psychotic... broken angels by richard montanari. haha. shall pack for trip and do boonlay stuff first tho!

have been doing boonlay stuff the whole day! hope our publicity booth in school this coming week turns out well!! hahaha at least i went out yest with mom to Ion Orchard. omggggg Paradise Dynasty is the most awesome chinese food restaurant ever. 100% satisfied :) the noodles were done just right, the soup was sooo rich, the dumplings were awesome :D and i also discovered Mphosis has AWESOME clothes. all black and white and cool styles xD heh. too bad mom only let me buy one top.
hahaha my mum expanded her cooking repertoire to include kimchi!! AND IT ROCKS. ahhh. =)
have so much to do before i leave for middle east on thursday, hope i have time grawr... WHY is it that after exams and PW, my important to-do list has gotten longer? haha. need to get alot of stuff before the trip! plus settle publicity stuff.
12am edit: HAHA. omgggg i was clearing my emails for once and OMG haha i have unread mails from september xP hehe. somehow, when you are spammed with so many emails everyday, if you leave anything to be read "later" and it gets pushed to the next page of emails.... that's that for that email, you'll never see it ever again xD

ahahaha parents have TAICHI class? LOLOL xD so im now sitting in the club waiting for them to finish lesson so we can eat dinner tgt! It's prettyyyyy, sitting beside the koi pond and fountains. plus the lighted palm trees, except for the fishy smell. ewww. but cool. i just wish i could order random snacks from the cafe/bar thingy nearby but.... stupid me never bring wallet! xD ah well.
sadly i couldnt go for boonlay youth club countdown O'comm sleepover on weds-thurs :( because two backtoback sleepovers wld totally be shot down by parents. and then killed. and then hanged. and then shot again! HAHA because i can bet their tolerance wld nt spread past one slpover (and thats only because i went for the same sleepover after CTs so they have no reason to object now).
shall blog about class sleepoverrrrrrrrrrrr at mervyn's house thurs-fri night :)
Went to lan awhile in the aftnn on thurs with them coz have nothing better to do before the official meeting time at 5pm! quite funnnn lah xD though i thought the gals wanted to go ecp or do something... but lol i woke so late nn we didnt end up planning anything in the end. so ended up deciding to go there to lan only for abt 2 hrs. LEFT4DEAD 2!!! its damnnnn fun actually ^^ and hopefully im improving and i realise i like the feeling of seeing " *insert your name here* killed _______" at the left side of the screen in the game commentary xD sadistic... maybe shall go play more so i can get pro! but sianz why do all cyber cafes have such a stilted gender distribution -.- haha.
later, all of us met and took the bus plus longgggg walk to merv's house! joogian, clarissa, me (lol slow walkers! then we were discussing weird concepts and laughing at yongjin's pants on the way. not in a mean way of coz xD), amos, christopher, jack, merv, yifan, yong jin. we all went to KBOXXX for awhile (clarissa has an AWESOME VOICEEE!) then dinner-ed :D
haha. then sang abit more... LOL later a bunch of us were sitting in the adjoining room singing and at one point it was like some emo group gathering/ weird ritual AHAHAHA. xD damn epic even though it wasnt! yifan was playing the ukulele (OMG i want one! but first i want to learn how to play it/a guitar first) and merv, amos and me were singing grenade. haha such an emo song and sitting in a circle, ahaha laughable! and later for dynamite, too bad they didnt take my suggestion of jumping around yifan in a circle "throwing our hands up in the air" LOL. ahaha. that would be epicly fail and hilarious..... and cultish. HAHA
oh and later xueshan, woonki, joey and yizuo came!
hmmm, everyone later went to play guitar hero (JOEY is soooo pro on the drums omg xD) ... shortly after, the guys all went to swim and play ball in the water. aiyah damn fun. me and xueshan went exploring then meanwhile complained abt how guys so easy, can just take off shirt and play alr.... we all never bring spare clothes. and not like we can play same time as them right. idk. LOL we both wanted to pass a message in from merv's mom, so we opened the door to the sauna 1 MILIMETRE, faced the other way and yelled right, but yifan from inside yelled his head off. LOL IM VERY SURE WE'D BOTH RATHER GO BLIND THEN SEE ANYTHING (of his).
then guys had some crazy mahjong craze, so the gals went to watch final destination 4!! HAHA. screamed our heads off ! haha all of mervyn's movies at first glance, we were like Oo. but actually not bad, like we also found this show called Gamer that seemed like it had a cool plot, but were too sleepy to think! so cancelled that. was bored for awhile but yay later jack & mervyn quit mahjong and played monopoly deal with us :):) taught xueshan and woonki how to play! quite easy to pick up! monopoly deal is an AWESOME GAME^^ hehe wheee an awesome evil fleece-people-of-their-money-and-property-through-much-plotting game! xD
later everyoneeee came tgt to play saboteur! ohh except clarissa who went home alr and joogian who went to sleep early coz she had to wake up vry early the next morn for her sana course! haha imagine 11 people crowding around mervyn's bed! later played truth and dare. haha making yifan do pushups on yongjin was an awesome dare (good idea me!-- lol adapted the idea from our archery truth & dare during camp earlier in the year! THAT was really epic. and censored. butttttt watered it down for them yest hahaha!) laughed like crap. okay so we finally went to sleep at 6am plus! which is the time joogian woke up! omg. hahaha and jack prob didnt even sleep much before he left for school to carry out interviews for junior scouts! LOL we were betting that he'd fall asleep while interviewing ppl! tsktsk xD
woke and watched shutter island on dvd with xueshan, merv and some others. nice show! :) psychotic ttm! though i totally guessed the twist, but the way they pieced the parts tgt was quite genius... the show totally reminded us of INCEPTION. it had leonardo, he was a troubled individual, it had alot abt a psychotic wife who was screwing the main char up and appearing everywhere, hahaha it had alot abt delusions/dreams and stuff also!
okay end sleepover and we all went home =) funnnnn~

hmmmm, me want play with sparklers, the kind that comes in a boxxxxx of like 20? haha during deepavali celebrations, so many little kiddies were playing with sparklers in my condo gardens and ME WANNNNNNNN-- xD but my bro says its lame and doesnt wanna play with me. yes bro, you're very mature. aahahaha. xP

im super happy!! yesterday during blyc countdown meeting with the events management company, (of which only me, miranda and waichoong attended... HAHA one coz he has no choice but to attend, and the other 2 coz we're poor sad people who have to attend out of conscience coz we've alr finished OP!!) hahaha but though we thus cldnt play hard for the rest of the night like the afternoon, omg hahaha we laughed like maniacs xD outside the boonlay club house later that night while going home, it's like dun care whether we're going home late or not anymore because there's NO PW waiting to be done when we trudge into the house at 12am plusplusplus! YESSSSSS. No OP grp item bugging you in the back of your mind, no WR part, no grp members waiting for you to send something, no PI/EOM/I&R!! wahaha. the bliss of freedom! nothing that will make me sleep at 1am and later wake up at 3am to chiong! :)
HAHA. damn epic! later when the 2 easties were going home, aiyah we swear that EVERY SINGLE time we go home from boonlay, we'll see some epicly dressed woman (LOL hot mama if you could call it that. xD) hahahaha.
first time:
there was this chinese national (i think) wearing shortshortshort (disappearing) shorts and high strappy heels. HAHA there was soooo much leg, and syakir (the super most obvious at checking-out-people PERV ever) looked her up and down with his eyes and went "what the shittttttt~~" in that pervy suggestive tone to us. obvious much? OMG. we totally wacked him for being so goddamn obvious HAHA. but its damn funny have been imitating him for it for ages now! ahaha.
second time:
on the train, there was this girl who sat down and the shorts seemed like they werent even there. LOLOL and subsequently, MIRANDA who is always the first one to notice such people somehow xD and the rest of us sneaked surreptitious glances throughout the entire train ride till she got off and we realised the shorts actually existed HAHA.
third time:
as usual, epic stuff always happens to us in MRTs (maybe coz we spend all our time in there xD). this lady wore a superrr clingy tight purple and black dress that stopped at her upper thigh (LOL dun wear anything alr lah might as well xD) and black/purple thigh-high high stockings/leg-cover thingys and black pointy stiletto HIGH heels.. HAHA. me, dj, mir, yingyao, kenneth, all trying to NOT look to obviously coz she was standing right in front of our seats! hahaha too bad syakir wasnt there or he'd have gotten slapped for staring too obviously! aha. she looked like she walked right out of a weird costumed movie. but nt bad leh, got confidence to walk around liddat.
fourth time:
last night! ahahaa. omgggg this girl walked past us with this see through blouse right (you can imagine what we could see) and her shorts were so short, and they were black as well, until it looked like she was just wearing inner wear with her flimsy white might-as-well-not-be-clothes shirt! LOL. me and mir totally turned around after she walked past! ahaha. rubbish ppl xD
and omg i am so wuliao, i wasted a whole chunk of words talking abt people we see on the mrt xP
i still havent blogged abt fun slacking after OP with class outing :D

now am watching the video for Taylor Swift's Mine! It's so good!!!!! The video is so pretty! and all the scenes are so niceeee and sweettttt and sorta out of an ideal dream world or something xD. plus taylor swift and her clothes are so prettyyyy. hahaha.
O.M.G. i never touch pw at all today! didnt even slack thatttt much also! hahaha i fail big time. tzegek says i USED to be the master of slacking. sighhh i think im losing my touch! :O have now started stoning and wasting time alot more hahaha. well at least i finally finished my long overdue jap drama... the ending was so unsatisfactory tho... and the entire drama only had like 1-2 hugs. haiz practised OP today in school with grp.... omg sad life lah. have to go to school on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY. and also sunday later D: haizzzzzzzz. and its seriously a Law of Diminishing Returns! the more i practise my script, the more i forget what im supposed to say!
and my brain can't handle too many tasks at a time! multitasking fail xD if i remember to smile, then ill forget my script! and plus my attention span is HORRENDOUS. like the concentration of a little kid -.- omg. like if something moving catches my eye while im talking... ill totally just forget what im supposed to say. (today was looking out of RJ while memorising and then a lorry carrying 2 giant tunnel like thingys went past and i pretty much lost it.)

wanted to borrow Liar Game movie dvd to watch tonight, but parents didn't allow me. wth. haiz its not like im going to be prac-ing OP the whole entire weekend! sianz. this is what you get when parents are so over-demanding with regards to your studies but when they were kids, i bet they had a SEMBLANCE of a life!! haiz DOUBLE STANDARDS i tell you.

i went to sleep yesterday happier than i was before and woke up happier too. thanks to nice friends who let me rant and are good listeners :) thank youuuu. don't know how shitty id feel without you!
somehow though, there's (again) that feeling of an overhanging rain cloud that can't be walked out of. it expands. and it follows.
idk why. exams are over and this isn't the MOST stressful time of my life. why?
things went downhill after GP. went to find blyc pple, realised that i wasnt needed at that moment, went to return sarah her math assignment (plus i finished (aka copied) my own assignment) and sat with their pw group awhile in mana cafe then had rmep middle east trip briefing. then came home.
and it might not be the best idea to cross a busy road while semi-frustrated at my life/dk what this feeling is.... makes you want to cross the road even tho the oncoming car is not slowing down and is going quite fast.
from another viewpoint, the headlights are actually, rather dazzling.
