i need to learn to enjoy time by myself. so that the silence won't seem so weird when it surrounds me.
do you ever wonder if people aren't responding to you because they are very much more comfortable with themselves and don't realise that they are ignoring your silent plea for their company, or if it's because they have many others to occupy their time with?
im referring to a scenario where it's not just a person, but a few at the same time.
it's so coincidental, it will be a scenario where you are once again that little kid you were in primary school, who ends up without a group/partner because everyone has somehow found group mates, and the class is odd numbered.
like an interconnected spider web where one section falls because just by chance, every single one of its multiple surrounding threads gave way at the same time.
i don't know how to link my ideas the way i envisioned it in my head... wish i was a better writer.
despite the couple of books i have recently read (the past few months) that are so uplifting in certain ways, about self-love, letting go, moving on after your mistakes, being happy, following your dreams, being generous with love.... it's just really hard to internalise like *snap* huh?
and there are times when i feel like i open too much to others about inconsequential things, and listen too little.... and then there are times when i feel i listen, but only receive everything inconsequential and i know next to nothing impt about those around me.
and then the times, where i find that i have not gotten very close to anyone at all. male or female. because i don't know how.
