yesterday, played badminton with pri sch friends (longgggg time since ive last seen them, think i watched avatar with them, which is end of sec 4!) yayyyy i think im getting better :D
i can now smash!!! :D last time i could only do drop shots and high shots... hehe learnt how to smack the shuttlecock damn harddd to get the satisfying sound~ hehe.
today i watched America's Next Top Model (like 2-3 episodes hehe) omg damn niceeeee. i love how they take such pretty, stunning, sexy, high-fashion (haute couture) photos. ahhhhhhh. the eyes that convey this look of fierceness and sex appeal. okay cycle 16 is my favourite! brittani kline & molly o'connell (the final 2 contestants) are AMAZING.

she's known, among the 14 models for the best catwalk. and omggg she owns it with confidence, style, attitude and flair. ahhhh. hahahha her eyes are to die-for. prettyyy ♥.

Okay, so im done fangirling over ANTM!
After that, went to run :D yayyyy hit a new personal record of 8km of continuous jogging :) and walked another 1.6km to get 9.6km in total ^^
must be my uber awesome playlist of music today XD (coz usually i don't run with my ipod)! listening to Big Bang songs (and all that attitiude and SWAG- Something We Asians Got...lol!) works wonders~ the fast catchyyy ones with club-like beats just makes you run faster.
