haiz though today's ecp plans failed (coz so many couldnt make it and we wanted it to be a bonding experience haha and we all woke late anw heh xP), yay i made good on starting my resolution today! went to the gym to exercise just now (RIGHT after eating a cup of icecream but thats besides the point xD)
ran/jogged/walked 4.8 km! With 3.8 km of actual running/jogging! so... yay :) plus 15 minutes on the cross trainer while waiting for the threadmill! walao. bloody adult so immature, saw me coming for the machine from a mile away and yet they rush there to chope first! -.- ah well...
exercising makes me happy :) and adrenaline rush! wee.
on a side note, OMG this breakdancing competition video is fricking AWESOME. how do humans accomplish such feats with their bodies! IMBA.
esp the person at 0.16 seconds in the video! omgggg its like the kind of stuff you see in dancing games with fake characters, utterly impossible... up in the air with only hands for support for like what 30 seconds? plus all the spins and flips! plus look at the person at 0.59 seconds!
