SHINE dance showcase was on saturday!! hahaha so glad we decided to be part of the 300 youths who went to FLASHMOB during the People's Association Youth Movement's SHINE award ceremony! hahahha apparently the Guest of Honour was so impressed, she videoed it on her iphone xD ahaha. one word for it: AWESOME.
the funnest part (besides the damn fun dance pracs, the laming around at just acia for dinner, the walking around vivocity playing hide and seek with latecomers and pigging out at sushi tei until we turned up one WHOLE hour++++ late for rehearsal/registration as well as the laughing at random spastic crap ;D) was the CAMWHORING allllllll over sentosa and in the room (and god awesomely lighted corridor)!!! ;D
hehehe. i swear, after all this, we turned from super shy don't dare to dance pple into EXTREME exhibitionists!! ahaha, during one of the breaks, the songs we danced to were played, and the whole group of us just started dancing facing inwards in a circle while the entire room was breaking and not dancing.... HAHA. everyone was looking but we didnt care... omg. such a change from the start, where even when everybody around was dancing, we were still paiseh to do ;D ahaha. and the camwhoring poses!! got some damn haolian ones xD *shameless* ahaha, me and jinhui made jack & mervyn do haolian hair poses!! and jinhui darling nn me did les shots! ahahaha epic quote by the other 2! "(Les)s is more!" LOL!! :D plus we went to this super damn nice lighted corridor and the whole grp of 9 of us were camwhoring like siao when the rest were inside starting to rehearse! heh. like bimbo poses (yes yes EVEN the guys!!), act-cool poses, turn-faces-up-to-the-super-nice-lighting poses, yada yada yada ;D
the most epic fail part:
*we were waiting for the camera on timer mode to take our pic, poses all ready and everything*

... the result= epic fail!! hahaha zomg. there's apparently signups for a flashmob during the YOG opening ceremony! haiz i really want to signup, as does everybody... but i have a reallyyyy sinking feeling i cant. because mum alr made so much noise abt me signing up for this one, and august is like nearing exam period >< haiz. itll be damn cool if we all went tho!

OH. and today i went out with sarah buddy to use the 2 free movie tickets yiling handed to me!! we watched prince of persia!!!!!!! OMG DAMN GOOD MOVIE. the many many fights are awesome!! the main char's parkour skills are awesome (i.e. the scaling of building walls and rooftops) and the plot was good!! me and buddy esp loveeeeee the humour! ahaha, the quarrels between the 2 main chars were super cute plus everything the sly businessman and his knifethrower bodyguard says! epic!!! yayy we ate secret recipe cake, and cheesy hotdogs and chips! ahhh ;D sinful food plus we gossiped (HEHE)
HAHA. we laughed like nobody's business today at some toilet signs in marina! OMG. epic man.
there was a sign saying "Restrooms", so we're like "okay"
*walks and turns the corner following the sign's arrow*
and so there's only one more doorway to the left that leads to the toilet.... there's no other branching corridor or doorway there, just 3 walls and a doorway, but guess what?
there's ANOTHER sign that says "Restrooms" pointing into the ONLY doorway available.
AHAHAHAHA. laughed like spastic idiots there! it's like the pple placing the signs there think that people wldnt know how to turn the corner into the ONLY doorway there to go to the toilet. xD
okay, and we saw a stitch (from lilo and stitch) battery operated stufftoy that could walk... and it was placed on the ground... and it was walking....................... AND IT WAS ALSO CHAINED TO A PLASTIC POLE. so it was walking in circles! ahahahahahaha buddy said it was freaky and i took a video coz it was damn funny!! ahahaha.
okay. end of today's post! (ohhh and i finally made the super extremely long homework/holiday to-do list on google docs!! gave access to sarah, jinhui and yiling so they can tick off what theyve done later in the hols! hahaha wonder hu else wants in)
